I purchased this set with high expectations and I am not disappointed!! These are quality pieces at a very reasonable cost. I have a 16” board and these are perfect for what I need. If you have a larger than 16” board, these will work perfectly for you as well. I’ll include pics of what the pieces look like on my board, I’m still very impressed by how great these pieces look in person. The dimensions of the set I received are listed bellow… for those that have an interest in the exact size.Width of base (All Pieces) = Just under 1 1/4”Height of Pawn (With Padding on the Bottom) = 2 3/8”Height of Rook (With Padding on the Bottom) = 2 5/8”Height of Knight (With Padding on the Bottom) = 2 7/8”Height of Bishop (With Padding on the Bottom) = 2 15/16”Height of Queen (With Padding on the Bottom) = 3 5/16”Height of King (With Padding on the Bottom) = 3 9/16”Take off approximately 1/16” from the height for each piece if you choose not to apply the padding to the bottom of your pieces.I would also like to express how pleasant it is to work with this shop.
