It was exactly what I was hoping for it was beautiful!

This is a very nice, marble checkers set. The board is heavy. I actually would have liked the board to be a little smaller. The board does have a foam piece on the bottom. The checker pieces have optional foam pieces for the bottoms. I chose not to use them because I like the marble and marble sound when playing. The only thing I didn't like about the pieces is that they are not really made to be stackable for kings. It would have been ideal if the grooves on top could have been made to accommodate this. You can still stack them, but they do not sit flush so it would be a concern about one sliding off.Overall, this is a very nice, attractive set that heightens any checkers game.

Very well packed with extra foams and padding. Feels like a handmade product, and even there are size variations with each piece. The board is nice and heavy. The polishing is adequate, but it’s not mirror like, and only the top of the board is polished. Touching the pieces feels nice and natural. Much better than the wooden ones. There are extra pieces for each color. Overall, it’s a very nice and luxurious piece for gifts or one to yourself. Thanks for reading, and YMMV.

This marble checkers board is amazingly crafted and brings a rich feel to your house. It serves a its purpose greatly but also can be presented as a piece of decoration. We love and totally recommend it
